Cancellation Prior
If you cancel your order(s) before PASS to pick up the items from your house, you will not be charged any additional fees. Any time customer can let us know the cancellation of pick up. Once the cancellation request is received, we would advise a cancellation request within 12 hours.
Return Policy
PASS will not send back your wrongly donated items. Our service have the right to decline unusable items.
Refund Policy
No refund once we have received and examined the items for donate. Once the received goods fulfil our pick up policy, no refund.
Collection Policy
Our collection service is free of charge, we check and confirm the items before pick up. We will not send back your wrongly donated items. Our service have the right to decline unusable items.
We will collect the items to addresses provided. Please ensure correct addresses and reachable phone number are provided when completing your order. We do not collect items from not valid addresses.
Collection Time
Our collection time between 12pm-4pm on working days (Monday to Friday) for goods to collect at your destination.
