Corporate Governance
We insist all donors in cash and in kind to identify them self as we wish to record their contributions. At the end of each Quarter of a Financial Year will list down all donors as well as beneficiaries. We will email and (or) make public on contributors and recipient’s list. At the end of a financial year an audited financial statement will also be published in our web and will be emailed to all concern.
We expect strict selection of recipients’ lists and insist on photographic records of the respective school’s student aid presentation.
Note: All contribution in cash and kind is 100% (Nett) directed to the aid seekers. None of the funds are used for administrative purposes or expenses. studyaid.org.my is fully financed by Pertubuhan Amal Seri Sinar who’s funds are self generated from recycling activities or funds from their supporting business units.
