Untitled document - Human resource in the recycling field is always a questionnaire mark in this pragmatic society of today. Not many Malaysians wish to work in this type of hectic cum manual labor work under a modest pay.
- In our campaigns strategy to setup recycle box in major shopping complex, wet market and well centered locations we face some difficulties to convince local authorities, complex owners and community leaders to support our service in the excuse of space constraints, unpleasant outlook and lack of interest. Although our honorable Prime Minister had encourage the government and private sector to support opening more of recycling centre but his advice had fallen into deaf ears. A shopping complex in Petaling Jaya even ask for monthly rental just to display a recycle box along the car park corridor.
- A lot of time and running job is needed to counter local authorities like DBKL, MPS, MPAJ, MPKL, MPPJ, MPK etc. for written consent to carry out activities like these and also for hanging of banner to enhance wider publicity. We feel better if we could obtain an annual approval from the highest authority concerned to lessen our running job in our capacity as voluntary body.
